Your Open Enrollment 2024
All eligible employees must complete an enrollment form to enroll in or waive Health Insurance Coverage by completing the HealthPartners Enrollment Form.
If you would like to begin contributions or change the contribution amounts to your HSA, you must submit your HSA Enrollment Form. This would be a pre-tax deduction. Please note the 2024 (calendar year) limits.
If you need to make a coverage change, or enroll in the medical plan, please complete the HealthPartners Enrollment Form.
To make any changes or enroll in the dental, vision, or voluntary life plans, please complete the MACC-Sponsored Benefits Packet in DocuSign.
The FSA Plan Year will continue until February 28, 2024 and will renew March 1, 2024. The HR Benefits team will send out more information on the upcoming plan year in February 2024!
All forms due November 30th.
